WHAT TO EXPECT

Our Sanctuary

 

Immediately upon entering the church, you will be greeted by one of our members, happy to answer any questions you might have.  Our ushers will provide any assistance you may need.  There are aids for the hearing impaired.  

 

The Sanctuary

Worship service is held at 10:45 each Sunday in the sanctuary.

 

Style of Dress

People attend worship at FPCW in a wide variety of attire, and you will be welcome here no matter what you wear. 

 

Worship Service

Sunday morning worship begins as we gather in God's presence with music, prayer and responsive readings and singing hymns.  We respond to God's Word by offering ourselves to serve the Lord wherever we go.   Communion is held the first Sunday of the month.  Our service normally lasts less than an hour.

Childcare 

Childcare for infants and young children is available in a fully equipped and engaging nursery in  the lower level of the Fellowship Hall.  Please ask an usher in the sanctuary to show you the way to the nursery, if needed. 

 

Discipleship Classes

Adult classes are held at 9:15 AM.  Here is a great way to get to know the church a bit better and learn about what it means to follow Christ.  

Refreshments Following Service

There’s a fellowship time each Sunday after the worship service, and you’re invited!   We gather in the Fellowship Hall for refreshments and conversation. It's a great way to meet some of the people of FPCW.
