The house has been covered with aluminum siding. The single-leaf glazed-and-paneled entry door is flanked by multilight sidelights.  The house is over 3,000 square feet heated.  The first-floor layout consists of a large kitchen, dining room, living room, study and full bathroom.  The house also consists of a large front foyer with a beautiful open staircase leading to the second floor.  The second-floor layout includes four nicely sized bedrooms and a full bathroom.  Special features of the house include oak hardwood flooring throughout the first floor including the open staircase and the second story hallway.  The second-story bedrooms have heart pine flooring.  In addition, there are beautiful French doors at the entry of the dining room, the living room and the study.  Some of the light fixtures date to the 1930’s.

Moving the house to another lot in the historic district is preferred but not required.
