Below are new photos of the ongoing construction at the church.

This important new project includes a large, accessible parking lot on the Walnut St. side of the church,

a new covered entrance from that parking lot, and an elevator to the sanctuary level.

Also below are updates from the Project Team, outlining the specifics of  the work being done and the status.

Check back here for periodic updates.

You may find the brochure generated in support of this significant project helpful as well.

Last year our Session approved a new building concept design to address  safety and accessibility needs of our congregation.  The design includes a safe and accessible parking lot, a new covered church entrance and an elevator.  A project team has been commissioned by the Session consisting of Linda Cox, Rick Croskery, Van Davis, Mike McKinney, Bo Prevost & Hughes Roberts.   The team will be working with a specified contractor to turn the concept into reality.

On behalf of the Grow Forward Team, Lee Galloway made a presentation to the congregation in August of 2019 to present the design concept which was prepared by Clark & Leatherwood.  Click below to view the presentation and the design concept.
